At Brights Piano Sales & Service, we stand behind our work. We are committed to providing high-quality piano services and will work with you to address any concerns about the services provided.
If you are not satisfied with your piano tuning, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will return to re-tune your piano at no additional charge if the tuning was not performed to professional standards.
Refunds for tuning services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally provided only when the service could not be completed due to circumstances within our control.
For repair and restoration work, payment is due upon completion. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, we will work with you to address the issues at no additional cost, provided the concerns are related to our workmanship.
Refunds for completed repair or restoration work are rare and considered only in exceptional circumstances where the work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the written estimate.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 service call fee.
For restoration projects where materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation terms will be detailed in the service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable after materials are purchased.
Piano moving services are performed with utmost care using professional equipment. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. Refunds are not provided for completed moves, but any damage caused by our service will be addressed through our insurance coverage.
