Service Agreement

By engaging Brights Piano Sales & Service for piano tuning, repair, refinishing, moving, or restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all interactions between you and our company.

Service Scheduling and Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require clear access to your piano and adequate lighting for service work. For in-home services, we ask that pets be secured and that someone 18 or older be present during the service visit.

Service times are estimates and may vary based on piano condition and specific requirements discovered during service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For restoration projects exceeding $2,000, a deposit may be required.

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate. Additional work discovered during service will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for our services. While we exercise the utmost care in handling your instrument, pianos are complex mechanical devices, and we cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues that may become apparent during service.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. For restoration projects, see our separate Refund Policy for specific terms.
